We sat outside on the perfect Fall night and drank wine. We talked about weddings and life and Britney Spears. All the important things. The hours rolled by and I honestly felt like I could have sat there all night. Because Geoff and Ashlee are the type of people you just want to be around. The type of couple that you talk to and think…yep, they’re the real deal.
When we decided to do their engagement photos at sunrise I was stoked. They knew it would be early…and they knew it would be a little cold…but they didn’t care. They showed up ready to go and honestly…I think I could have photographed them forever. It was like the cold didn’t even exist. All that mattered was that they were together. And watching them together I saw the same thing I saw that first night. They just fit in the most perfect way. It’s like without even knowing them…you can tell that they only belong together. I left that morning flipping through my camera at every stop light because I knew these two made magic. And I wasn’t wrong.
